Xledger is delighted to be working with Ashcroft Care Services to deliver the Xledger cloud based ERP finance management platform within their care and support business.
Ashcroft Care Services dates back over 20 years, providing high quality residential care for adults with learning disabilities in the UK and supporting people to live more independently in their own homes.
Ashcroft’s Finance Director Bethan Marshall said about Xledger,
‘We needed a new finance system that offers flexibility in terms of consolidating companies with non-identical chart of account status. Now we have expanded to become a small group of companies, it is really important to us we have a modern finance system to cope with divergent structures. Xledger offers this functionality.
We hope to make a lot of time savings by switching to Xledger. Features like automated bank reconciliation, project rebilling and automatic import of purchase invoices will allow us to focus on meaningful assistance to the business rather than being a processing function.
When we first saw the demo of Xledger we were impressed by its modern styling, there is no need to increase our server capacity and the system is accessible remotely, without needing to be in the office.’
The need to drive efficiencies and make savings makes Xledger is a very good fit for the Housing and Care Homes industry and the relationship approach with Xledger and their ability to demonstrate sector knowledge were key in winning the contract. The project started in December 2017 with an expected go live date of April 2018.
Head of Sales at Xledger UK, Tim Hooper, said,
‘We are delighted to work with Ashcroft and we look forward to helping their finance team unlock the benefits of Xledger, so that they can enjoy the benefits of automation, insight and scalability to drive efficiencies and cost savings. Ashcroft is already busy working with our consultants, and look forward to going live in April 2018.’
