Xledger’s document management system keeps important documents where you need to find them. The drag and drop interface makes it easy to upload documents and while our scanning software will automatically pull the data it needs from an invoice, a copy of the original will also be saved with the correct project.

Employee documents, customer documents and project documents, including contracts, plans, delivery and schedules are all found attached to the correct files. This makes it easy to drill down to source documents for the full information.

Every document is stored in the cloud, so you can access it from anywhere and documents can be shared in different locations.
